Before completing this form to register, you need to sign up to be a member of IYFUSA.ORG with the same email address you provided above. Please follow the instruction below.

STEP 2. Click SIGN UP on the bottom

STEP 3. Fill it out. PLEASE PUT IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PUT IN AT THE TOP OF THIS FORM. THEY SHOULD BE THE SAME. (**For international participants, put in the keyword "2020 WORLDCAMP" for the Cell Phone Keyword verification). During the Camp, your phone number will be used to communicate through WhatsApp Application. So please put in the accurate phone number, including Suriname country code in the front of your phone number (which is +597).

STEP 4. STOP when you see this screen. Do NOT make the payment. Since you're an international participant, you will receive a special rate. So come back to this form and finish.
