FitzWest Neighbourhood Plan Consultation Survey
Survey of residents, business owners and workers in the FitzWest area.

This survey has been created by Fitzrovia West Neighbourhood Forum, Fitzrovia Centre, 2 Foley Street, London W1W 6DL (see www.fitzwest.org). It’s designed for those who live, own a business in or work in the Fitzrovia West (“Fitzwest”) area.

Your responses and comments will be held by us and used in anonymised form for the purposes of developing the Fitzwest Neighbourhood Plan. Unless you indicate at the end of the survey that you would like to help us develop the plan, your name, email address and postcode will only be used by us to confirm that you live, own a business in or work in the FitzWest area. We will publish the outcome of this survey and may publish your comments in anonymised form (including on our website).
