Based on the current gaps and growth areas for our current Board, selected candidates will be invited for an interview with our interview committee. GOTRNWIL service is a three-year term (however, a second term is optional!). In today's philanthropic environment, funders often require to see that a board of directors personally gives to the organization in which they serve. All GOTRNWIL board members are asked to, at a minimum, fund a girl at $200 (give) and work to get $1,000 (can be in the form of new sponsorships, peer-to-peer campaigns, in-kind donations that directly impact budget, new donors, other ideas welcome!).
