High School Graduation Ceremony
How exciting! Graduation!

We have several options for graduation.

1) Diploma & Transcript only. ($100)
2) Graduation Kit ($150)
3) Graduation Ceremony ($300)

I am trying to not cap the number of guests. Choose which you prefer.

The total cost is $300. It includes: cap & gown, stole, 1 set of cords, diploma cover, diploma, tassel, 10 invitations.  Each additional set of 10 invitations are $15. Each additional cord will be $5.

Cap & Gowns are Black
Stole is white.
Diploma Cover is Black
Tassel is Black

Diplomas are provided. 
Compass Point Members will be signed & signed. 
Non-Compass Point members will have an unsigned diploma. You will need to provide a school name below.

Gold - an honors cord denotes high GPA

Cum Laude - 3.5 GPA
Magna Cum Laude - 3.75 GPA
Summa Cum Laude - 3.9 GPA

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due by January 26th, 2024. This is non-refundable. Due to Covid, companies will not take returns on anything.

Pick Up Day: TBA Any time between 10 am- 2 pm. I need BOTH parent & senior, please. We need to double check fit, proof read diploma & bulletin.

FLASH DRIVE IS DUE.

We will need a flash drive with 25 pictures of your senior. This flash drive will be returned to you. We make a video of seniors to be played before the ceremony & during the ceremony. This can not be turned in ANY LATER.

*GRADUATION DAY
4 PM: REHEARSAL 
7 PM: Ceremony

Seniors are expected on time, please. Bring everything with you. We will have a rehearsal & then a rest break. I do not have fussy guidelines for senior dress but I do request Sunday dress.

We are working on having a fabulous photographer at graduation to take group photos & ceremony photos. I am not sure if this can be included with the $300 price. I will let you know as soon as possible.

Would your senior like to take part of the ceremony? In the past, we have had bands play & spoken word. They could also deliver a speech. All material will be subject to approval.  Let me know so that I can try to accommodate.  
Remember. Flash Drive no later than April 7, 2023. 
20 pictures. THEY CAN NOT BE LATER!!!! It takes time for the videographer to work on the video & he has more than one to do.
