Volunteers needed to assist with:
Wednesday (4/17) Evening 7:30pm - 8:30pm
- Setting up black curtains around gym walls (manual labor)
Thursday Evening (4/18) Evening 7:30pm - 8:30pm
- Setting up all tables, chairs and putting chair covers on (manual labor)
Friday (4/19) All day 8am - 3pm
- Decorating the entrance, hallways, stairwell by hanging lights and fabric
- Decorating the tables, dessert auction, bar area
- Unpacking, displaying silent auction baskets, raffles, game tables
- Displaying signage, nametags
We will meet in the LPS gym and wear comfortable shoes.
A light lunch will be served on Friday. Volunteer for as long as you are able!Thank you for your assistance!
