DurhamCares is hosting the 3rd annual Bull City Madness 3 v 3 basketball tournament on Saturday, April 18th from 9 AM - 3 PM! 🏀☀️ It will be fun for players and spectators alike, with games, free food, and activities for kids!

First, fill out the form below with all your team members' names & contact information. Teams can have a maximum of 4 players (one sub) and a minimum of 3.

Secondly, make your team payment of $65 in one of three ways:
1. MAIL A CHECK: Make the check out to DurhamCares at PO Box 331, Durham, NC 27702
2. DELIVER CASH: Drop off to DurhamCares at ReCity, 112B Broadway Street, Durham, NC 27702
3. PAY ONLINE: Pay online on the DurhamCares Donation Page (durhamcares.networkforgood.com) and make a custom, one-time payment of $65. Be sure to include the name of your Team Captain and "BCM 2020" on the note for the donor scroll.

*NOTE* If your sponsorship or partnership includes a free team, you do not need to pay.
