If not daily, please select the days of the week that your child will be a car rider in the afternoon @ 3:40pm.
If there is a change in your child's transportation schedule, you MUST send in a note to the office.  If there is a last minute change in the schedule, you must call the office by 3:00pm and email the change in writing.
