Hi :-) through this survey, you can let us know that you're interested in hosting a critical conversations retreat/ meet-up. It's not binding. You can express if you are offering your place for a local meet up or you'd like to group with someone to organize a meet-up. After these local critical conversation retreats take place, we all will share the outcomes at an online meeting in the fall (date to be arranged). 🫧

What form can a critical conversations meet-up take?

✨ If you'd like to host a meet-up, the shape of it is up to you. However, we are here if you need support on how to facilitate a group meeting. Feel free to reach out to secretary@esjp.org or Caroline Baillie; Caroline has hosted many retreats in the past.

✨Regarding the shape of the gathering, it could be just one dinner conversation or a meeting over several days. It could be between two people or 20. You could be quiet or loud or artistic or intellectual. You could cook together or have a bonfire or meet for a snack in a park, volunteer.

✨Whatever serves your and others' needs will be right.

They are no rules. The only structure in place is that we would love to reflect on the critical conversation meet-ups in an online meeting in the fall (date to be arranged). But ofc, you are not obliged to attend.
