St. Joseph's CYO Athletics is in need of adult volunteers to assist the Athletic Director with the program throughout the year.  We need parents and guardians to be coaches and members of several committees to make our teams successful.  If you would like to be considered to be a member of the St. Joseph's volunteer staff, please read the descriptions below and complete this form.

TEAM GEAR:  I am interested in assisting the Athletic Director with the creation, ordering and distribution of Team Gear for the student-athletes and their families.  Team gear consist of CYO T-Shirts, sweat shirts, sweat pants, hats, etc.

UNIFORMS:  I would like assist the Athletic Director with the distribution of uniforms prior to the season and collection of uniforms on Team Photo Night

SPECIAL EVENTS: I would like to help organize a special event for our teams such as:  Food Pantry Drive,  Pink games for Breast Cancer awareness,  Community Service projects, 8th Grade senior night, attending local college or pro games; playing at half-time of a Seton Hall Game on campus or at the Prudential Center; securing a guest speaker or guest to meet our CYO community; or any other special event that we could consider.

FACILITY & EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: I would like to help the Athletic Director with the general maintenance of the gym with such activities as:  set up and break down of chairs for games and practices, cleaning the gym when needed, general repairs of facility and equipment when needed.

PRESS & MARKETING:  I can assist the Athletic Director and coaches with the creation and distribution with a weekly press release of game results to the local media

MANAGER OF VOLUNTEERS:  Assist the Athletic Director with the game day volunteers needed for concession stand and 50/50 sales:  assigning of home games and communication with volunteers when needed
