Earlier this year, IRAC issued an order setting the maximum allowable rent increases for 2023 at
  • 5.2% for rental units including unheated premises, premises heated with sources other than furnace oil, and for a mobile home site located in a mobile home park; and
  • 10.8% for rental units that are heated with furnace oil.
To better understand the impacts of IRAC's maximum allowable rent increase for 2023 on tenants, the Official Opposition is conducting this survey.

Any information collected by this survey will only be used for the purpose of developing and promoting legislation to limit maximum allowable rents. If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please contact the Official Opposition Offices.
