Summer League 2020 - Expression of Interest Form

We're trying to get an idea on the number of teams interested in playing in some sort of capacity for summer 2020. We have no idea when the league will be able to start, but we are optimistic that we will be able to run some sort of league for summer 2020.

Captains, please reach out to your players and let us know whether you would be interested in fielding a team.
For right now, assume that we'd use the same team building rules as previous years, and see if you would have enough interest for a team with a minimum 14 players, including a minimum 6 female-matching and 6 male-matching players.

To be clear, this is just preliminary planning. We completely understand that things are changing daily, and some players may change their mind as the summer progresses. Filling in the interest form doesn't have to be your teams' final answer, we'd just like to get an idea of how many teams we may need to accommodate this summer.
