Sequim Maker's Market Sponsorship
Thank you for your interest in the Sequim Maker's Market! Please submit the form below to be considered for sponsorship opportunities and we will let you know if your selection is still available. Generally most of the options are available year round, however our Champion sponsorship does have an exclusivity clause that can limit the types of businesses we can take. This is decided on a first come first served basis. Sponsors can expect to see acceptances via email. If additional information is needed we will call or set up an interview time.

If your organization is accepted as one of our sponsorship partners we will be happy to send you an invoice that can be paid by credit card or check. Please only pay Sequim Maker's Market for any fees we may bill you for. 1. Champion Sponsor: Seasonal Market $5000
This is our top tier sponsorship spot. This spot has all of our top perks, so let's break it down. With our champion sponsorship opportunity you will get exclusivity. This means that we will accept no other sponsors or vendors that have the same type of business as you, unless they are already a part of our market. You get a complimentary 10 x 10 space every single market, you are not required to be there every week but if you would like to just let us know and we will have a space available for you. We will place your preferred link and logo on our webpage and you will get 5 mentions on each of our social media pages. We will print your logo onto our market sponsorship banner and our market brochure. You will also get recognition in our yearly report.
2. Guardian Angel Sponsor: Seasonal Market $2500
This is our mid level sponsorship spot. With our community sponsorship opportunity you still get many benefits. You get a complimentary 10 x 10 space for nine markets, you are not required to use all nine but if you would like to just let us know and we will have a space available for you. We will place your preferred link and logo on our webpage and you will get 3 mentions on each of our social media pages. Your logo will be printed onto our market sponsorship banner and our market brochure.
3. Neighborhood Sponsor: Seasonal Market $1500
This is our most affordable sponsorship spot for the seasonal market. Although we do have many other opportunities for sponsoring a farm, musicians, and events. With our neighborhood sponsorship opportunity you still get lots of benefits. You get a complimentary 10 x 10 space for four markets, you are not required to use all four but if you would like to just let us know and we will have a space available for you. We will place your preferred link and logo on our webpage and you will get a mentions on each of our social media pages. Your logo will be printed onto our market sponsorship banner and our market brochure.
4. Special Event Sponsor $1500
This is a sponsorship to bring special events to the market. When you sponsor a special event this helps us bring bigger events to the market and the city of Sequim. We currently have the Winter Wonderland Holiday Fair and the Hearts on Fire Artisan Craft Fair, these events are fun for the community and also help us bring in more donations to make this market bigger and better every year. For sponsoring an event like this you will get a 10 x 10 space to promote your business, the opportunity to hang your banner at the event and offer marketing materials.
5. Live Music Sponsor $1000
This is a monthly sponsorship, it covers our musical performances each Saturday at the market. Included with sponsoring our local musicians to play at the market you will also get the opportunity to display your banner during the musical performances.
6. Community Farm Sponsor - $500
This is a yearly sponsorship, the $500 covers a local farm's vendor booth fees for the entire market season. You can pick any farm you would like to sponsor or we can pick one for you from our scholarship program. The farm that you sponsor will display your marketing materials in their space as well as their own.
7. Community Artisan Sponsor - $500
This is a yearly sponsorship, the $500 covers a local artisan vendor booth fees for the entire market season. You can pick any artisan you would like to sponsor or we can pick one for you from our scholarship program. The artisan that you sponsor will display your marketing materials in their space as well as their own.
8. Friend of the Market Sponsor - Any Amount
Just for sharing and displaying our market information at your place of business, we will in turn offer you the same consideration. It is important for our community to work together, so this is a great way to accomplish that.
