Student Concerns and Compliments
NCTC’s Student Government Association (SGA) is interested in all of your student-related concerns, compliments, and questions. Please use this form to express in detail any issue (positive or negative) that has arisen. Your sense of acceptance and value as a student at North Central Texas College is one of our highest priorities.

Every effort will be made to address your concern, compliment, or question promptly. It will be shared with and answered by the SGA Executive Board and the Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. The timing and manner of response will vary depending on the volume of entries, the information provided, and whether or not you wish to remain anonymous. We expect to respond to you within three business days.

Use the NCTC Referral Form to refer a student to the CARES Team for any of the following:

Concerns about a student’s personal welfare, safety, and/or mental health
Title IX concerns
Student Conduct concerns

Visit gethelp.nctc.edu to learn more about community resources available to you and instructions on how to access the Student Request for Assistance Form for help in regards to basic needs such as food, technology, finances, etc...
