What is PTO? Taft PTO is an organization that enhances academic and enrichment activities in school by connecting school and home through parent involvement, volunteers, and fundraising.

¿Qué es PTO? Taft PTO es una organización que mejora las actividades académicas y de enriquecimiento en la escuela al conectar la escuela y el hogar a través de la participación de los padres, voluntarios, y la recaudación de fondos.

PTO Positions/Posiciones abiertas:
Open Positions:

President: preside over meetings; contact with principal; and represent the organization at meetings outside the organization.
Secretary: keeps all records of the organization; take and record minutes; prepare the agenda; handle correspondence and send notices of meetings to the membership.  
Treasurer: receive all funds of the organization; keep accurate record of receipts and expenditures and pay out funds with the approval of the executive board.



Presidente: presidir reuniones; contacto con la directora; y representar a la organización en reuniones fuera de la organización.
Secretario: mantiene todos los registros de la organización; tomar y registrar minutos; preparar la agenda; manejar la correspondencia y enviar avisos de reuniones a los miembros.
Tesorero: recibir todos los fondos de la organización; mantener un registro preciso de los recibos y gastos y pagar los fondos con la aprobación de la mesa ejecutiva.
