Registration for Deep Root Center's Summer Programs - this form includes: emergency Info, release form, and the DRC Community Agreement. Your typed name is equivalent to your signature on this form.
Summer Program Fees
1 child -$185/week or $40/day
2 children - $340/week or $70/day
3 children - $465/week or $96/day
(no refunds or carry-overs)
*$50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your child's place. Click the stripe link below or the button on the DRC Imagination Station page on the website to pay the deposit.

Cash and Checks are accepted. Checks can be made payable to Deep Root Center.
*A flat $5 fee will be added for all credit or debit card transactions paid through QuickBooks.
*Weekly summer fees are non-refundable and will not carryover.
