GBYC 2019 - Commissioned: Loved, Called, Sent
A brief letter from Callie & Maximus! We are so excited to bring back GBYC in 2019, especially to celebrate it around the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, and at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help.  We are beyond blessed in our Diocese to have the only Vatican-approved Marian apparition site, given that the message is all about catechizing and evangelizing our youth.  We wanted to offer something relatable, dynamic, and healing for all those who attend--the guest speakers and the location were chosen with these aspects in mind. Throughout this conference, we are hoping to expand upon our universal call as disciples to be loved  by God, called by God, and sent out by God.  The talks and occurrences for the day will reflect opportunities to grow deeper in this commission. We are so excited to experience this event with our parishes, schools, and youth of our Diocese. Our Lady of Good Help, pray for us!

The conference will wrap up by 5:45pm.

Students and adults are encouraged to bring their cell phones with them for the day; however, there will be certain points of the day where they will be asked to refrain from using them so as to not distract main sessions and liturgical celebrations.
