High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT) is considered a non-covered service by Blue KC. All patients of CoachAmyPT who consent agree to pay out-of-pocket for HILT at $70/session. If Blue KC decides to cover this service in the future, patients with Blue KC coverage will not be obligated to pay out-of-pocket for services received on or after the date Blue KC begins coverage.
