Project Q&A Inc is the leading 501(c)(3) organization working to educate, empower, and raise visibility for the 2.9 million LGBTQ+ individuals who call rural America home. We invite volunteers to help us build, live, and grow! Project Q&A volunteers help us educate rural communities on queer issues. Our volunteers help empower queer individuals and our allies to create sustainable change in rural communities, and through everything they do, they raise visibility for the LGBTQIA+ community in parts of our country that is slow towards change.

After we receive your application, we will contact you and arrange for a short interview by phone or Zoom. All information on this form will be kept confidential and will help us find the perfect volunteer project for you. Please be advised that, since we work with a vulnerable population, we may require a criminal background check for some positions. We will suggest how this may be done most efficiently.
