• All students enrolled for regularly scheduled classes are expected to maintain their class attendance and payments on a monthly basis.
• Tuition payments are due on the first lesson of each month. Payments made after the second lesson of the month are subject to an additional $25.00 late fee per student. A fee of $50.00 will be added for any bounced check.
• All students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons during the school year (10 month program). There are no refunds for forfeited lessons.

• Skipping part of the program may result higher rate and delay in graduation.

• There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. Missed classes may be made up if Rhapsody is notified at least twenty-four hours prior. If Rhapsody cancels the class, student is entitled to an additional class.

• If a student is experiencing any cold symptoms or is feeling ill in any way, the student may not attend their in-person lesson. If a student cancels due to illness, they may opt to have their lesson remotely during their scheduled time or reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

• All Policies & Procedures are subject to change. All changes are posted in the reception area for all to see.
