Youth Exchanges 2024: Application Form for Partners
This is the application form for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges organized and coordinated by Associazione Link APS (Altamura, Italy) in 2024. We ask you to fill out this form if you want to be partner in one of our projects.

In this first section you can find the list of our confirmed Youth Exchange projects. You can apply for up to 2 exchanges. Applying doesn't imply your selection. Project dates are subject to change. The dates written always include travel days.

After selecting your preferences, we ask you to give us a few information about your organization.

We will give you a definitive maximum 2 weeks after the deadline only if the answer is positive. The organizations that won't be selected will not receive any notification.
