Seaworthy Collective Board Interest Form
Are you passionate about ocean and climate regeneration and innovation? Do you believe in the power of entrepreneurship to drive exponentially positive change? If so, we invite you to consider joining the board of Seaworthy Collective. As a board member, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated leadership team to empower the next generation of BlueTech entrepreneurs. By joining our board, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ocean and climate innovation and the blue economy both locally and globally.  

Board members support our leadership team with their advice, skills, dedication, expertise, connections and so much more. We typically have 1.5 to 2 hour-long board meetings quarterly, with additional support for Seaworthy's startup showcase and potential collaborations. We are also working towards developing board committees reflecting our 3 program areas of Startup Programs, Community Programs, and Impact Investing.



We are looking to add up to 3 new board members to our board alongside our board chair Scarlett Lanzas, Christina Thirkell, and Sirena Andras. We're excited to see a diversity of stakeholders join us for an exciting next phase for Seaworthy after making 4 years of sea change! Please submit your application by no later than 5pm (EST) on November 18th.  We plan to invite new board members to join by early December, with our next board meeting kicking off 2025 in late January.
