Mentee Facts 2019-2020
This form is to be a mentee for the METAS program, the student mentoring program offered by the Puerto Rican/Latin American Cultural Center (PRLACC) at UConn. Mentoring, Educating, and Transforming to Achieve Success (METAS) is designed to assist first-year and transfer students with their college transition by pairing them with a peer mentor who will provide personal and academic support throughout the mentee's first year at UConn.

Please note that this survey should not be considered as an application for the METAS mentoring program. The purpose of this survey is for us to get to know you better and help us make the best match possible with one of our wonderful mentors, so please be as honest as possible.
