Are you thinking about coming off your meds?
Are you supporting someone coming off their medication?
Join us for an all day harm reduction workshop exploring these topics!
Psychiatric medications - such as anti-depressants, benzodiazepines, anti-psychotics, lithium and others - are surrounded by fear, stigma - and pharma marketing. Patients and our community can be left disempowered and isolated, and coming off the drug can seem impossible. What has the international psychiatric survivor movement learned? Using a harm reduction approach that is neither pro- nor anti-medications, how can we center empowerment and connection as the real measures of health?
This workshop is open to the community and everyone is welcome.
This workshops is $50 for clinicians, free for everyone else.
