About the Event

Tasting Course Dinner made with the ingredients chosen by YOU


Every 4th Monday of the month, EBESU Executive Chef Koji, who won the James Beard: "Best Chef" semifinalist award, will offer an exclusive tasting course dinner at the counter seating, where you get to interact with the chef and enjoy Chef Koji's delightful creation!


Based on the requested ingredients, Chef Koji will start planning the contents that he will be serving on the JB Tasting Night. The contents will be made just for the day of the event and will be completely different each time. 


Once the chef finalizes the menu contents, the price of the course along with the menu will be uploaded on our website and we will start accepting reservations.
