Welcome to Still Mind Zendo!  Please register here for regularly scheduled Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday sittings along with our monthly zazenkai and other events.

In the interest of providing an environment as COVID safe as possible we are asking members and quests to provide a copy of their COVID Vaccine verification before joining us at the zendo. You are asked to provide this verification only once, prior to your first visit and are not required to register again after receiving your registration confirmation.

Please note that we also require all members and guests to wear a mask at all times in the zendo, with the exception of speakers at the front of the room during talks. We will continue to follow the current social distancing and ventilation practices.

We also ask that sitters be mindful of any symptoms they have, including mild ones that might resemble allergies or a cold. These include cough, congestion, sore throat, headache, sneezing, fever or chills, fatigue, body aches, shortness of breath, nausea, diarrhea or a rash, as well as the telltale loss of taste and smell.

If you are experiencing any of these, please either stay home until you are well or confirm with a home antigen test that you are negative for Covid-19 on the day of the sitting.

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS FORM YOU WILL RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR RESPONSE AND NOTIFICATION THAT IT HAS BEEN RECORDED. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE REGISTRAR WITH CONFIRMATION OF YOUR COMPLETED REGISTRATION AT WHICH TIME YOU ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND ANY OF OUR SITTINGS OR OTHER EVENTS!
