[Provisional abstract] Overview of common juridical aspect of copyright in european countries (Why copyright management is important for you):
- Intellectual property of publications and copyright agreement contracted with publishers (copyright transfer agreement and license to publish) Here we could take several exemples of agreements and explain the differences even for different versions of a work (preprint post print VoR)
- CC licences, what is it ? How it works for the reuse of scientific contents
