This is the registration form for 2020 Citizen Action for Tigers (CAT) Walk organized by MYCAT.

Instructions:
1) Complete all information required individually and click "Submit".
2) Submit your NRIC/Passport copy to cat@malayantiger.net
3) The deadline for submission is 14-days before the trip date.

Note:
1) All CAT Walks are for 2-days 1-night unless stated otherwise with accommodations booked for 2 nights.
2) Due to the pandemic, the new maximum number of participants is reduced to 6. A minimum of 4, however, is required for any CAT Walk to materialize.
3) The cost per person will depend on the number of participants per CAT Walk and is fixed at 4 pax at RM300 per person, and for 5-6 pax at RM250 per person.
