2024 Summer Instrumental Music Collaborative (SIMC) Registration Form

Registration deadline is Monday, June 10, 2024. Registrations received after this date will be assessed a $10.00 late fee.

2024 DATES
You may select either 1 or 2 weeks:
Week 1: July 1 - 5 (Thursday, July 4 is off)
Week 2: July 8 - 12

TUITION
2 Weeks - $275 per student + $10 late fee (after June 10)
1 Week - $225 per student + $10 late fee (after June 10)

Payment can be made:

2) Check: Please make checks payable to Foxboro Music Association-SIMC
