A graphic in jpeg or png format (
Recommended size: 1200 x 630 pixels. Minimum size: 600 x 315 pixels) needs to be sent via email to membernews @ nepoetryclub.org. If no flyer is available for an event, the member should search the Internet to find some image to accompany the announcement—a screen shot of a library announcement, a logo from the bookstore venue.

NEPC Member Name will read in person on Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. EDT as part of the Reading Series at the Location (full address). The location is accessible and masks are required.
NEPC Member Name will read with Name, Name, Name, on July 16 at 8 PM CT as part of the Reading Series/Event Name. The event will take place on Zoom. Registration is required.
NEPC Member Name will read in person on this date as part of their book launch. The reading is hybrid and registration is required.
