If you are submitting an image to accompany your Member News item, please follow these:Graphic Guidelines for JPG/PNG images: Recommended size: 1200 x 630 pixels.  Minimum size: 600 x 315 pixels. And email your image(s) to membernews @ nepoetryclub.org.

If you submitted Publication News and don't have an Event, please enter N/A below.

Otherwise, please format your Event in the following way. If we don't have all the information, we cannot share your event. 

Bold your name, the date, and the time. (Include the time zone, especially for online events.) 

If you have a web page for more information, hyperlink it with the Event Name.

Members submitting events need to provide complete information--day, time, complete address of venue or where to get the zoom link, and accessibility,.

A graphic in jpeg or png format (Recommended size: 1200 x 630 pixels.  Minimum size: 600 x 315 pixels) needs to be sent via email to membernews @ nepoetryclub.org.  If no flyer is available for an event, the member should search the Internet to find some image to accompany the announcement—a screen shot of a library announcement, a logo from the bookstore venue.

Here are some examples:

NEPC Member Name will read in person on Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. EDT as part of the Reading Series at the Location (full address). The location is accessible and masks are required.  

NEPC Member Name will read with Name, Name, Name, on July 16 at 8 PM CT as part of the Reading Series/Event Name. The event will take place on Zoom. Registration is required. 

NEPC Member Name will read in person on this date as part of their book launch. The reading is hybrid and registration is required.
