This form is to register your child for the activity/crafts part of our summer reading program. There will be three (3) sessions of three weeks each. You MUST register each child separately for each session. Each child registered will receive a Take & Go craft bag. Session 1 registration ends Sunday, June 7 at 9PM. Pick up forthe Take & Go bag will be on Monday and Tuesday, June 8 & 9, 9:30 - 5:30.
