Thank you for taking the time to sign-up for FIGURE SKATING (Ice).  
  • All new and returning athletes MUST complete this form if they want to participate in FIGURE SKATING.
  • Completing this form will help us prepare for the season and provide contact information to the Head Coaches. 
  • If your local program does not offer Cross Country Skiing you may sign-up and participate with a nearby county.  Keep in mind you will have to provide your own transportation.
Signing up to participate in this sport does not guarantee participation, as participation is dependent upon an adequate number of volunteers to ensure we provide safe and meaningful sports training.
