Through this form, we hope enough information will be captured to place you on a team at the level, the day, the format and location of your desire. Please do you best to choose the league levels that are most suitable to your playing level. We will reserve the right to refund or move players who are playing at the incorrect parity level, it's suggested to round down if you're uncertain. You will want to choose all options applicable to your interest and availability so ensure your first choices are understood but should a team not happen or already be full then it's more likely to be placed yet. This form launches in February with rolling placement, options will grow limited, and then re-open again before August for Fall rostering.
