DBT adapted interventions for Treating PTSD and Complex Trauma Training at BCSC-LA
The aim of this introductory workshop is to present participants with the theoretical foundations and adaptations underlying Dialectical Behavior Therapy plus Prolonged Exposure (DBT PE) and DBT PTSD for PTSD and/or complex trauma. DBT PE and DBT PTSD are evidence-based treatments for PTSD and co-occurring suicidal and non-suicidal self-harm behaviors. Participants will be introduced to these interventions through didactics, discussion, and case examples.
