7:00 - 9:00 a.m. Event Set Up

8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Parade Assistant

8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Event Assistant (working tent or concessions stand, stage hand, monitor vendor area, empty trash, etc)

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Event Assistant (working tent or concessions stand, stage hand, monitor vendor area, empty trash, etc)

11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Event Clean Up
