2. Description: Introduction (200 characters max.) The introduction should focused & describe the primary or evolving areas of session/ symposium. *

(iii) Topics to be covered by the session/ symposium: The list of topics should reflect the theme of the session/ symposium. The topics should be adequately precise and inclusive.

5. Rates
• Ongwediva Trade Fair Center Conference hall: N$1265.00 for two (2) hours
• Online / Virtual: N$3500.00 (per day)
• Hybrid: (Conference Center + Online / Virtual)

6. Additional information
• The Conference hall has a capacity of 200 guests sitting Cinema style
• The Conference Centre is equipped with Audio PA systems.
• The conference comes with tables and banquet chairs.
• Bookings are made on first come first served basis.
• The deadline for payment is 15 July, 2022.
• Bookings shall only be confirmed once actual payment has been received.
• The host may opt for a bigger venue by erecting a temporary structure on the Trade Fair Centre’s ground (all the logistical    arrangements are borne by the host / organizer.
