Global Health Union, in collaboration with the Global Health Institute, is pleased to announce that the annual Global Health Research Symposium will be held on April 22nd. Applications to be considered for the symposium are due by April 16th at 5 PM and will be accepted on a rolling basis. Once accepted, students will receive more information about submitting their recorded presentation, which will be due on April 18th at 5 PM.

Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to submit their lab research or literature reviews, regardless of whether they are working individually or with a mentor on campus. A panel of faculty members will judge the best presentations, and prizes will be awarded to winners. Research does not need to be completed to be considered.

Due to the pandemic, this year's research symposium will be held virtually. Students have the opportunity to submit a 3-5 minute recorded poster presentation or give a synchronous oral presentation on April 22nd. More details will be provided about submitting presentations upon acceptance to the symposium.
