JHS Spear-It Dancer Interest Form 24-25
This interest form will help the coaches create a list of those interested and therefore we will be able to send out teacher recommendation forms using our school data system (SIS). 
  • Please complete by May 1, 2024 (even if you are not positive you are trying out so teacher recommendation forms can be sent). 
  • You will receive more information regarding tryouts after this form is completed (We will email you the tryout packet with LOADS of important information and MATERIAL TO LEARN prior to the tryout as soon as it is ready; most likely by the first week of May). 
  • Tryouts are set for May 21-24th at JHS. 
  • If you are in track we can provide an alternate tryout process if dance tryout times interfere (Please email the coaches).
