Dear students and parents,

For high school students who received a failing average in one or more subjects on the 3rd  nine  weeks report card, teachers will create a Topic in their Schoology Classroom titled “Credit Save Make-Up Work for the  3rd Nine Weeks.” In order to be considered for the Credit Save Make-Up Work initiative, students must complete six assignments for each failed subject and turn them in by the due dates.

April 12th - window opens for the Credit Save Make-Up Work.
April 26th - window closes for students to complete/submit the 6 assignments.


Student:
I understand that due to failing one or more subjects in the 3rd grading period, I am being given an opportunity to complete missing/failing assignments in each failed subject and submit them to the appropriate teacher(s) in order to have them reviewed and graded. I agree to organize my time and effort to successfully complete the assignments from the 3rd grading period as well as to keep up with the work and assignments in the 4th  grading period. I understand that this opportunity will not be offered for future grading periods. I agree to attend provided tutorials to acquire the support I may need in order to successfully complete the assignments and understand the concepts being covered. I have read and reviewed the Credit Save Plan and agree to follow the requirements.

Parent:
I agree to review the Credit Save Plan and to support my child at home so that he/she will complete the provided assignments in order to rectify deficiencies from the 3rd grading period. I agree to contact the teacher via their district email prior to the assignment due dates if I have any questions or concerns. I agree to arrange for my child to attend provided tutorials to acquire the support he/she may need to complete the work successfully. I have read and reviewed the Credit Save Plan and agree to follow the requirements.
