1). The event will be March 9, 2024 from 9 am - 2 pm
2). The event address 1665 Chestnut Avenue, Buena Vista, VA 24416 Pentecostal Youth Center

3). Indoor and outdoor spots available!!!!!!!! (Large outdoor space with lots of exposure to customers)

-indoor spaces $30/table (table and chair provided - if interested in a second table please contact us @ our email bv.va.farmersmarket@gmail.com) price increase due to overhead costs - advertising, decor, rental fee, etc.

-outdoor spaces $20 - 10x10 space

4). Each vendor has the option to enter a raffle item to our Easter basket for a lucky winner. Raffle tickets will be sold by the Buena Vista Farmers Market at the event. If you’d like to participate, we’d love for you to include your business card attached to your raffle item. During the event, there will be an Easter Bunny visit and Egg hunt.

5). $10 deposit due by March 2nd (if you pay and do not show your deposit will not be refunded).
6). Set up will be Saturday, March 9th beginning at 7am. (***Must be set up by 8:50am)
7). Potential early set up time the evening before on Friday the 8th - will notify when determined
