2024 Parade Entry

Saturday, July 20th at 10:00AM. Staging begins at 9:00AM.


There is a $10 fee to participate in the Four Seasons Festival Parade. This fee will go towards advertising and prize money for the float contest! The theme is Seasons. Pick any season or do all 4! 


You will be emailed at the provided address two to four days before the parade with details including staging and exit instructions, entry number, and route map.

This form is due no later than Friday, July 12th.

Parade Safety Rules 

1. No throwing of candy or other objects from the parade vehicle will be allowed. Walkers may hand out the candy or items along the parade route. Candy throwing has presented a safety hazard and hindered the steady procession of floats. 2. No water paraphernalia such as water guns, super soakers, hoses, etc. will be allowed.  3. All entries with animals must be pre-approved and provide "scoopers" directly following the entry.  4. All vehicle drivers must be licensed drivers. 5. Drivers are not permitted to use their cell phones during the parade. 6. Entry organizers will communicate with participants about exit instructions and only unload in the designated areas (Lakeside Church parking lot, 3rd and Davis green space, OR Grimes Street between 3rd and Deer Haven)

By agreeing below, I understand the risks involved and, in consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Four Seasons Festival Parade, do hereby release any and all rights and claims for damages I have now or hereafter have against the Four Seasons Festival, Polk City Chamber of Commerce, Polk City Development Corporation, the City of Polk City or their respective agents, representatives, successors or assigns, for any and all injuries which may be sustained by me in connection with my participation in the Four Seasons Festival Parade.
