May 2019 School Visit Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in attending a day of school visits, conversation, and cross-sector learning about practices that effectively support off-track youth. Please fill out the information below and we will be back in touch to confirm your participation. Please note that we have a preference for small teams from a school but will accommodate individuals as well. We have space for 20-25 participants total.

We will visit: The Epiphany School (Boston, MA), and Russell Elementary School (Boston Public Schools) on Monday, May 13th. The day will include time to visit classrooms in action; Q&A time with school leaders, teachers, and students; and reflection, debrief, and planning time.

The day will run from 9am-3:30pm.

Coffee, refreshments, snacks, and boxed lunches will be provided for all participants.
