Currently, by law in the UK you are eligible for Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), an employee must be off work sick for 4 or more days in a row. If an employee is off sick for between 1-3 days, they will not be paid.

The purpose of this form is to collect the experiences of those who have or have wanted to take time off around their abortions and how they navigate this issue with their employers.
