Complete this if you're interested in registering for the Virtual 5k option of the Deerfield Veterinary Clinic Catamount 5k.
Virtual race to be run/walked between October 7 - November 7 at a location of your choice. Fleece hat (you get to pick the color) and Swag Bag to be picked up drive-thru style (with covid precautions) at 7 Church Street, Deerfield on Saturday, 12/6/21 9am-11am or mailed to you for additional fee of $10. Swag bag and hat are available for first 100 registrations (combined virtual and in-person).

Fee for virtual: $15 paypal invoice will be sent to you via email after registration is submitted

$25 paypal invoice will be emailed to you if you want your swag bag mailed to you.

After you complete your 5k, email catamountwomenaid@gmail.com with your results, which will be posted at our website. There will be a drawing for a prize for one virtual registrant (gift card) and we’d love you to email us photos of you completing your 5k. Or use #catamount5k on instagram or facebook.
