Please complete this online form to sign up for transportation for the 2021-2022 school year.

Priority registration deadline was July 16, 2021. Payments are due prior to the start of school and will be billed through FACTS. As a reminder, some routes are limited in capacity and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. All families will receive an email confirming their student's seat.

Bus service will begin on September 8, 2021.

Bus Fee:
- $1,600 Round-trip
- $1,100 One Way

Refunds will be issued if requested by September 17th; otherwise, the transportation fee is non-refundable.

By submitting this form, I agree to be billed through FACTS for the cost of the transportation for which I have indicated above and agree to the payment terms outlined. In the event a bus or shuttle route is cancelled prior to the start of the 2021-2022 school year due to low participation, I understand I am not responsible for payment. In addition, I understand that in signing this agreement, I accept the rules and regulations, including uniform standards, as stated in the respective school’s Student/Parent Handbook are enforceable while students are on a bus. *
