3/14 Mid-Atlantic / South Atlantic Regions Mini Regional Meetup-Registration Form
The 2020 Mid-Atlantic / South Atlantic Regions meetup will take place in Annapolis, MD, USA on March 14,2020.

If you would like to participate in this event, please complete this form with your personal information before December 22.

Waze covers flight/travel expenses to the city of the event, and 1 night’s stay at the event hotel, including planned group meals/activities.

Transportation cost is covered to the city where the meetup is being held, but does not cover the cost of additional transit to the meetup location (taxi, rental car, etc.)  See below for instructions on reimbursements.

Participants who are eligible for travel reimbursement are those who are not flying in and have paid for their own transportation to the meetup.

Please remember that travel insurance is not included, so please make sure you activate your travel insurance policy.

We always do our best to send a T-shirt, or other SWAG, to all community meetups, but it's not always possible. Please notice that the t-shirts will be locally produced (US sizes)
Travel Reimbursement (for attendees who are not booking a flight)
In order to receive reimbursement for travel expenses, you must provide the meetup organizer (Waze Champ or Waze Staff) with ORIGINAL RECEIPTS. Each receipt must have your USERNAME and REGISTERED PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS, or reimbursements cannot be provided. Original receipts MUST be sent via post(unless they are electronic) or reimbursement cannot be made.
