Phones will not be allowed without this form

Permission can be granted for Y6 children to bring their mobile phones to school providing:

1. The phone is switched off and handed into the office on arrival at school.
2. The phone is not used on school grounds or site without permission of a Senior Leader.
3. The child has the bill payer's permission.
4. The child's family has accepted the school's Acceptable Usage Agreement (also needed for Google Classrooms)
5. The school is not held responsible for loss, theft or damage to the phone.
6. The school reserve the right to refuse to have the phone on site.
