Foundations K application
Parents/Guardians who believe that their child is an appropriate candidate for the Foundations K Program should complete this application for the proposed year of entry for second semester. The 2023-2024 start date is January 30, 2024. 

Please note that priority will be given to children not enrolled in a preschool or similar program to be admitted into this early kindergarten program. With the completion of this application you are granting permission to share necessary information regarding the placement of your child in our program.
