Sticky Fingers admissions policy states we arrange our waiting list in Date of Birth order.

In addition to this our policy also states we will take into account siblings attending the setting already.

This application places your child on Sticky Fingers Pre-School - Spring Road Waiting list database. We will contact you as soon as a suitable place becomes available. If you would like to apply for a place at more than one of our settings, please fill in the appropriate waiting list forms for each individual setting.

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee a place for your child.

Once your child is offered a place and you accept it, on admission further personal information and family details are required for our records.

Please update us on any contact information changes.

If you find that you no longer need the place, please inform us as soon as possible.

Should you decide you no longer need the place we will not retain the details on this application form (see our Privacy Notice).

It is very important that we are aware of any additional needs prior to enrolment due to staffing and ratios. If we are not made aware of any additional needs your child may be experiencing then we will reserve the right to either change, minimise or cut sessions due to not being able to staff 1:1 if this is deemed a necessity for a child's safety and learning.
