MISSING TICKET OR TRACKER ISSUE
If there is a mistake on the tracker or you are seemingly missing a ticket or some other tracker issue.
Please report here so we can help you as soon as possible! We should be to you within 24 to 48 hours about. Please be patient <3 Sometimes these issues take a little time to research and fix.

UPGRADING WITH ITEMS
UPDATED!: If you need to use an upgrade item and it means you need a new ticket! If this is about upgrading a ticket please send in the form and at Question 6.) Write "I need to upgrade a ticket." You will then receive a message from staff and we will talk about upgrading your ticket. You may be still required to send a single dm into AermereaHaven TH with proof of the upgrade.

Upgrades will require you to send the ticket back to us you will recieve a new ticket

UNVOIDING A TICKET
!!ATTN - if this is about a voided ticket from a free myo event and you would like to unvoid it please send in the form and at Question 9.) write "I would like to unvoid my ticket please."

You will then receive a message about how to unvoid it the two main methods are
Doing art of a mascot for the group. This will unvoid your ticket, remove your deadline, and make it worth trade.
or
Paying half the price of the ticket based on rarity which will unvoid your ticket, remove your deadline, and make it worth money.
