We are so pleased you are taking steps to join us.
We run a series of 8-week Making Well programmes and community drop-in sessions throughout the year. Please read the following information below and let us know how you would like to take part.
Making Well - A series of 8-week programmes: Making Well is an eight-week ‘green prescribing’ programme aiming to promote health & healing for people with experience of mental or physical illness and with an interest in developing skills in craft-making, nature-connection and self-care. No previous crafting experience is required for the programme.
Crafters' Cafe - Weekly drop-in group: Sessions take place in Brecon & Crickhowell. Crafters' Cafes are run by experienced tutors and sessions have so far included knitting, weaving, rag-rug making, willow crafts, pottery, lino cutting and charcoal drawing.
Community Gardening - Monthly drop-in group: Join us in tending the community kitchen, herb & flower garden, and take part in a variety of regenerative gardening projects. Sessions end with a shared lunch around the fire. (please bring your own lunch with you.)
